The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The courtyard was a relaxing retreat throughout the day. That was a problem, especially when our smoke alarm battery must have gone dead so our smoke alarm beeped all night the last night We were there and then continued to tell us that the battery need to be replaced, but there was no one we could contact. the bathrooms are just OK. "Our stay was fantastic. The Inn was in the perfect area. Abigail was fantastic and very nice. She upgraded our room to a King Bedroom and it was one of the best rooms i've ever stayed in. "The location was terrific. Close to just about everything you want to walk to in historic Savannah. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The negatives- Our balcony doors would not lock or even seal up without tying bathrobe belts to the handles and to a table to keep tight seal on door that would keep out the road noise. The sofa was stained and dirty. The bathroom smelled really bad and had pee stains around base of toilet. The best part was the noise machine! Amazing amenity!"
