"Great all-round.. only issue as its a pub our room was over the main pub so was noisy until 11pm when everyone left. After that it was great. Great breakfast to. Highly recommend."

"BUYEER BEWARE1! we booked this hotel specifically advertised it said it was located in chipping camden a village in the heart of the cotswolds The address online was Mikleton, Chipping Camden. I actually called before we booked to confirm it was chipping camden..Upon arrival we learned IT WAS NOT in chipping Camden...Chipping camden was 20 miles away. Our trip was based on sttaing in chipping camden and hiking from there . When upon arrival, we realized we were lied to about it's location, we...

"The location was convenient, the staff were friendly, and it was nice and clean. However, our room was right over the pub, which was quite noisy."

"I have traveled extensively and stayed in many hotels and I wouldn’t recommend this establishment. The food was excellent and I would recommend booking into the restaurant for dinner. The rooms were in my opinion a very poor standard. Cramped, jaded, dated decor and housekeeping was below par. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, as were the pillows. There was no attention to detail. The rest of the hotel followed a similar pattern. Whilst I appreciate that this is an historical building, I think...

"Lovely hotel with beautiful views, very cosy, spacious and spotlessly clean rooms, and an amazing dinner. My husband wanted to reserve a birthday cake, and the hotel went above and beyond by making me a beautiful cake, even though it wasn’t on the menu. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch. The staff truly go the extra mile to make their guests feel special and ensure they have a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!"

"I stayed at this hotel 4yrs. ago & the improvements are amazing. Looks as though it has had a complete overhaul. Immaculate decorations & spotlessly clean & fresh. Our studio was so spacious with stunning views over the golf course. We ate breakfast outside on our spacious patio. Will definitely stay here again as location is perfect for so many beautiful parts of the Cotswolds."

"Great location, bery clean and very friendly staff"

"Don’t be fooled by the title on Spa, it could be fantastic as location is great. It’s tired and grubby, outside not maintained with paint on windows flaking and doors don’t shut. Also my shower had no running water. 20 mins to put 4 inches of water in a bath because of the 50 holes in shower head only 6 had water coming out. Also charge extra for use of facilities. Typical of an OYO hotel. Never again"

"Our room was modern and very well presented, check in was fine and parking convenient and reasonably priced. Main areas need an update or refurb (which seems to be happening currently)but overall good value for money"
