"Absolutely amazing stay at the Witches Falls Cottages. Contrary to what Expedia says on the listing there is a reception/check in at the property, we even got a text msg to say our cottage was ready before 2pm so we could check in early! Very inviting cottage, super clean, cosy, comfortable and with everything we could need provided.
Breakfast was so good. We’re both vegan and opted for a continental breakfast but we could have had vegan options to cook on our bbq. Fresh warm bread delivered to...
"The property is tired but I didn't like that the upkeep on balcony, shade covers, gardens is not up to date. Needs a good wash down. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms need updating. Lovely, lovely outlook and so quiet."
"Great accomodation but there was no liquid detergent for washing up dishes and no broom.
I did ask staff for some detergent but there was none available.
It makes it a little difficult to clean fry pans and wipe down counters.
But other wise a wonderful short holiday!"
"Stayed in the Safari room. Very comfy and cozy. Fire was great. Amazing view. Huge spa that worked beautifully. Bar fridge in the room. Lovely breaky each morning. It ticked all the boxes for us for a weekend relaxing. Tv was great too. Had Netflix. Robe in the room. Mike was a great host."
"Katy the owner was so friendly as well her dog Butler. Beautiful river which is easy access from the cabins. Our stay was short due to other committments during the day but by night it was so peaceful. We bonded because of no wi-fi which was great not having kids or us on technology. Different experience for us from our normal hotel/motel stay but we loved it. "
"Absolutely amazing and perfect for a quiet night away. The room was super cosy and luxurious and the grounds around the property were stunning! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Having the use of the hot tub, pool and sauna made our experience even better it’s an all in one getaway for some R&R. Our breakfast was very generous and simply delicious too. "I have stayed here at least 6 times and it truly is a jewel in the crown of SEQ. they are very reasonable in everything and honest about everything. A trusted safe and pleasant stay. 5 stars. The only downside is some of the facilities are a bit run down but I don’t mind as it makes it ultimately affordable. Well done to staff and all involved "
"My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. Beautiful little cottage, very homely with everything you need. Amazing breakfast food provided. Complimentary bottle of wine. 2 free wine tastings at Witches Falls winery which was so nice coz the weather was perfect. Will definitely recommend this place to all our friends and also will return. "I booked a room for my parents; 3 nights at a huge discount! They absolute enjoyed their stay! I was abit sceptical because of the huge discounts and it was also my first time booking using the Wotif app. But the place looked so clean and luxurious!
