"I paid extra for a room to accommodate 3 people, so there were 2 beds, there was a sofa that had no sheets not made up and stains. They knew from the call that I was staying with my mother not a partner. She needed a bed to herself for a good nights sleep before we were up at 5am to go next door to the hospital for her surgery. I slept uncomfortably on the couch because there was no bedding sheets or blankets. Very disappointed"

Having a washer and dryer available was also amazing, especially for a longer stay. Everything was well maintained, clean, and exactly what I needed. The shower was in the path tab and some of the equipment was on the cheap side like toaster etc. I couldn't recharge our Segway scooter and no option not even the basement to recharge was given to me. I've asked to be contacted by the responsible person to ask politely for other options but was not even contacted like promised the day before. Therefore I was only able to use it for one day.
