This place is great, clean roomy and modern Tips Aircon does not work with the balcony door open Chromecasting is quite difficult Cheapest vending machine i have seen in ages ($2 coke range) Would really recommend to all.

Booked a 2 bed apartment and they gave us a Interconnecting 1 bed Studio & 1 bed apartment. This was great as we traveled with our grown up daughter. Reception was great. Secure parking. Grab & Go bfast was included so that was a nice surprise too. Backs onto Westfield Chermside Shopping Centre but that isn’t a problem at all. Would definitely stay again.

Staff were very friendly and parking was reasonable. Room was clean, however we couldnt find a bin to place rubbish. One thing to keep in mind is that the walls are extremely thin- I sneezed and had someone from another room say bless you! Also, because its behind the Westfield, it was very noisy with trucks doing deliveries etc at about 4am. It was incredibly loud and kept us awake for a while.

The location is handy and big Westfield Shopping Centre is just behind the accomodation. Grab & Go type of breakfast is free. One of the receptionists who happened to be a first-aid qualified guy was very helpful though treating my husband's big toe burises and cut during the stay. However, the housekeeping is a bit disappointed. They are normally done pretty late during the day and some of the things, like dishwasher tablet and coffee satchels are sometimes not replaced. Also, the toilet paper are too thin though and the toilet has no shelves to store toiletries. They only have cabinet underneath the basin which is hardly to reach.
