"Very spacious and welcoming with courtesy supplies. Very comfortable beds. Great location. However only superficially magnificent and surroundings were neglected. We were given inconsistent information (e.g. check out time). The owner broke our verbal contract (email agreement for our booking) by subsequently raising the agreed amount to be paid in cash on arrival - not legal under the Fair Trading Act and Australian Consumer Law."

"We stayed in this villa for a week. Our family of 5 fit comfortably into the villa with ease. It was clean, tidy and smelt lovely. The welcome pack was fantastic thank you so much, very thoughtful. "As the name says its a quiet place. When we arrived, we were given a tour of the house and asked if we needed to know anything. It was also great when we were given additional information to make our stay all that more pleasant for us and the neighbours. Look forward to staying again soon."

"Great: location, living space, garage, security Not supplied despite being advertised: TV connection (cable missing, non-working wall plug), WIFI (no modem present), gas bottle for bbq, tea/coffee/sugar, soaps, washing up needs (brush, detergent, cloth, dishdrainer, dishwasher), bedside lamps with globes, bathmat for 2nd bathroom, wrong lockbox code given (2 days running) and not believed - required photographs and emails Would also liked to have had: handrail for front steps, hand towels,...
