"Staff from the outset were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I asked if another room was available due to possible noise from the Irish pub next door. They immediately gave me a new (better) room on the 24th floor which was excellent. Room facilities were good.The bed was very comfortable. The room was very quiet.
