We had a hiccup with our room and straight away they put us in another room, no questions asked. So based on emergencies the communication was fast and friendly. "This is our property of choice when visiting MacKay, about 7 to 8 times a year. This is very convenient as the hotel restaurant is on premises. The rooms are consistently very clean; housekeeping do a great job. The rooms are starting to age a little and maybe time some refurbishment was considered. That said, a great property to stay."
