"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was very clean, quiet, and private, which made it the perfect place to relax.
The staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming. We would especially like to thank the lady who served us during dinner and breakfast. She was very friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Although her English was limited, she went above and beyond by using Google Translate to explain the menu and answer our questions. "朝食バイキングが品数豊富で美味しかったです。隣のテーブルとの距離も保たれており、ゆっくり食事を楽しむことができました。
なお、夕食・朝食ともに時間帯の選択肢がもう少し多いとありがたいです。
また、朝の12階大浴場の混雑が少し残念でした。"

"Food was very good and staff was so friendly. I stayed Suizantei after this hotel and the staff arranged transport without me asking. I got to stay in the room after check out time. I loved the room and all the snacks they provided in between meals. I even used the book library area to read some books. Highly recommend!"

The staff, to the last person, made us feel welcome with kindness, competence and a thought out experience that never allowed us a moment of not being cared for. There are beautiful places to relax from the moment you arrive. No extra fees while sitting around- tea, coffee, other drinks available, and snacks in...
