"The hotel staff to begin with was very friendly upon checking in the hotel was clean beautiful layout, the room was simple. Well put together everything that you would expect. The only thing is we got a handicap room and weren’t told of that, but it didn’t really affect anything. We didn’t get a chance to take part in any of the other amenities like the pool and gym, the breakfast was as expected for a hotel nothing fancy, but they did have make your own waffles, fresh coffee biscuits, fruit...

"Spacious room - one of the largest I’ve stayed in. Only downside is the outlet placement: just one socket near the bed, and none near the bathroom, which made charging devices and using a hairdryer inconvenient. Walls also offer little sound insulation, so outside noise (street/traffic) was noticeable."

"The only thing nice about this motel is the lobby no water in the nasty pool or jacuzzi grounds haven't been upcept In years this place is bringing the brand name down to a new low the bed is a foam mattress from a box on top some kind flat box spring dorm size appliances and dollar tree shampoo conditioner and lotion"

"The cleanliness needs to be seriously improved. There was trash in the hallway, in the stairwell, even in the elevator. I only saw 1 housekeeper on my floor. Don't know if they have outside maintenance or not, but that needed attention. The room was ok, at least it had a fridge and a microwave. Only good thing was the price that I had paid. Should've stayed at one of the other hotels along 84th Avenue South in Kent. I won't be going back there until it improves substantially."

"Bed was dirty, covered in hair all over sheets, no proper sheet on one bed. Mold in washroom in shower, we switched rooms took over 45 min for them to switch us. Hallways had weird smell and was very strong, daughter left swimsuit in old room and we called and they said they would have someone check no one ever got back to us, called again they told me to go to findyouritems.com but we dont live in seattle so we left next day and asked again said she was getting someone to check and nothing...

"The room was nothing like photographs. It was gross. There was what looked like random splatters of blood on the wall. The shower was stained."

"The first room they gave me the key card did not work I went and got a new key and walked in on people as the room was already occupied. Got into the next room and it was fine except there was no little shampoo bottles and also apparently no housekeeping at all the 4 days I stayed but room was ok ac worked shower was hot. Pool was also closed and it was almost 90° out. Had I been made aware the pool was closed I would've booked my room somewhere else."

"Jacuzzi does not work and hasn't worked in months apparently so you will not be able to use it. Rooms are kind of small and crowded. Very old and dark aesthetically. Breakfast was very limited."

"The reception staff let us check in early since I booked through Expedia and already paid. After a 7 day Alaska cruise this was appreciated. The room was great - even had a little balcony and view of a lake. We discovered a grill and several outdoor seating areas. Very clean and comfortable stay. Highly recommend for catching especially for early morning Sea-Tac flight."

"The room was very clean, ready super early, and breakfast was great with a good variety. They also have free airport pick-up or drop off and had a very affordable transportation available to go to the port terminal."
