"I 100% recommend this hotel because the area was suburban and most importantly safe. It was surrounded by neighborhoods, restaurants, banks and grocery stores; everything you'd need to feel comfortable while out of town and visiting memphis of all places (no offense).The hotel was clean, and had friendly/attentive staff as well as guests throughout my entire stay. They also provided plenty of free breakfast in the small dining area every morning. I did not have to use the laundry room but I was...

"Their breakfast was awful. First day was there they were out of waffle mix at 7 am they opened for breakfast at 6 took about 30 minutes to get it refilled. Their coffee was very weak could read a newspaper through it. Second day they had biscuits and gravy only thing at 8am they were out of biscuits and the lady said that they were frozen they put some in the oven and they probably won't be done until they get ready to close at 9 am. Will not be staying there again. Room was not very clean."

"I couldn't tell you how clean or anything when I got there they said couldn't give me a room because of maintenance issues. Sent me to another hotel . They didn't have the room I needed I needed two king beds instead I got 1 king and sleeper sofa which was not what I pay for. The air conditioner wouldn't stay on would work just about 1 hr then turn itself off then I have to turn it back on."

"This is nice place in a pretty part of Germantown. Property appears newish and has plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. This was our second time at the hotel, and we drove a little out of our way to return."

"These rooms are incredibly expensive, yet it’s disheartening to find that they’re not cleaned daily. Our room was left in a state of disarray, with trash piled up and towels that had been used. We had to personally request a towel change, but nothing else was done to address the cleanliness issues. We will never return to this hotel. Instead, we’ll stick to the Westin downtown."

"Loved the king suite. I was traveling solo with my 6 month old baby and this was the perfect setup for us. Very quiet and safe area and the space was perfect to give her a quiet space for naps while giving me space to enjoy my stay without disturbing her. Great high chairs in the dining area as well and a wonderful pool as well. 10/10 recommend. If I visit again I will definitely be staying there again"

"The only thing positive to say about the hotel was the friendly staff. They need to tear down the hotel and start over. The hotel didn't smell fresh. In the room the bed sheets were dirty, the towels were dirty, toilet would not flush half the time, and the tub was terrible... could even take a shower because of the rust and dirt. This hotel is a NO!!!"

"Great 3 day stay with the brief exception of an AC tech who interrupted nap time to check the in room unit, and lacking nutritious options for breakfast which wasn’t well stocked. But I’d stay again; decent places in Memphis are few and far between."

"The rooms were clean and air conditioning worked very well. Nice bathrooms and good access to doors and amenities. The bed was not especially comfortable and I didn’t sleep well on it. And the breakfast was okay—not bad at all but not great."

"Very nice place to stay. Rooms were pretty clean. Beds were, too. Aside from the usual things you can't tend to control at hotels, like kid's noise, heavy steppers on upper floors, and running water from nearby rooms, this hotel is a great stay"
