"Air conditioning was alright beds are firm. Property is kinda ran down we had ants crawling on our windowsill looked like someone had tried to repair sill didn't do a good job. Front desk not very welcoming same person was there in morning still not friendly. Would not stay again. "

"Check-in was quick and easy, but unfortunately we found roaches crawling on the table in our first room. We informed the front desk, and the employee handled it professionally by checking the room and quickly moving us to another one. The second room was cleaner and we did not see any bugs, although there were still some maintenance issues like stained sheets and damage to the walls. Overall, the staff was helpful, but the hotel definitely needs better upkeep and pest control."

"Everything was a mess dirt everywhere no trash can towels were dirty. Bathtub dirty window shaded destroyed stains on walls chairs. Air conditioner in pieces. And the best part roaches and left with bed bug bites"

"This place is so disgustingly unclean and unkept. Its actually surprising they are in Business. Not only was the room so disgusting that is was unable to be slept in but when the staff was confronted about the state of the room, they were rude and denied it. Of course, we tried to get our money back and stay somewhere else but according to policy we would not recieve a refund or even a "I'm sorry". Still, had to lose that noney and go get a different hotel. Sketchy people all over the parking...

"The room smelt like incense were burned 24/7. Every towel I received had nasty stains on them. The bathroom shower was dirty, with hairs that did not belong to me. 3 of the 4 pillow cases were stained or dirty as well as the top blanket. The floor definitely had not been mopped or swept. When the cleaning person came, the took the trash and replaced the towels with more dirty/stained towels. Lastly, there was blood splatter in the ceiling in the restroom."

"The A/C did not work, maintenance had to be called. There was no mini fridge or microwave as advertised and no continental breakfast. Very dirty looking, old and outdated. The entire place smelled like pot. Never again."

"Clean room, simple breakfast, very nice. One thing though...the room was a non smoking room, but when the bathroom fan turned on, there was a powerful smell of stake cigarette smoke. Is it possible that there are air filters than need changed?"

"Took a very long time to find motel because we were looking for a Comfort Inn but it had been converted to a Hilton Sparks after we made reservations and we were not notified. The Sparks also didn’t have a room microwave as stated in original info. Breakfast also was not as much as originally stated."

"Our room was ok. I am not sure how it has such a high rating on here though. The pool needed resealed or repainted on the bottom. We were told the bar would be open until 10, we got back from dinner at 830 and wanted to have a drink before bed but they had shut down already (this was on a Saturday night). The room had some spots that needed fixed or just cleaned better. The beds were clean, no bugs, staff was courteous, and decent parking area. It was an ok stay for 1 night but I dont think I...

"Breakfast staff on the day that I was there was extremely rude! Other than that this place was great! Location had everything around it"

"Room was clean but since there was a floor by floor remodel going on things were out of sorts. Breakfast was lacking and seemed to be cooked in a maintenance room connected to the dining room. Staff was more than friendly and helpful. My room had many small things that still had to be accomplished in order to be considered remodeled, a little unprofessional. Please check the bathroom fans to make sure they are working, mine wasn't so it steamed up the entire room."
