"The staff were very helpful and polite. The first room we went in was an older room that had not been renovated and was very small for a mobility accessable room, they upgraded the room and was very satisfied. Need more variety for the Continental breakfast not hot foods at all."

"Unforgiving management. Refusing to accept cancellation due to inclement weather that cancelled local event. A midnight cancellation policy failed as people are usually asleep and uRoom never checked in. "

After several minutes of trying , he phones his boss who was able to find my booking. Once I was given the room, it was several buildings down despite the entire hotel being empty. "We stayed here as it was close to Stony Brook University. The staff were very polite. We were able to check in early, which was a great help. We were just staying one night and did not eat the breakfast. We would stay here again."
