"Did not have a very good experience as the pull out bed that my granddaughter had to sleep on had been wet on by the last Travellers .As it was after hours when we noticed the problem, we where asked to put couch cushions on floor for her to sleep on.
In the end my daughter and 2 grandchildren ended up traveling home to their own beds.
Very upset as myself and grandson spent the night by ourselves before traveling home to New Zealand the next morning."

"The property was lovely, great location if you have transport and don’t want be in the city and also super handy to the airport. Was very disappointed with the service after checking out and we had left an expensive item in the room. Took several days with phone calls, an email and several staff members to even action a look in the room or asking housekeeping. My item was not returned so therefore stolen/taken by either housekeeping or the next guests in the room. So disappointing! If actioned...

"Well, it was quiet a surprise for an older building. Room was very fresh, had everything i needed, jug toaster, microwave. Coffee and tea supplies, even a biscuit or two. enjoyed my chocolate left on the bed. I had dinner at the bistro, Tuesday night is steak night, and it was cooked to perfection."

"Everything about our stay here was seem less from the beginning until end. Car parking was great, beds were very comfy, each room has more than enough extra supplies, including dishwash tablets, cloths, tea towels etc..
Staff were super amazing and lovely. Love the whole idea of nobody eats alone too. Breakfast was delish and plenty of variety, not to mention the sweet tea-party decor. Such a lovely stay, enjoyed by our whole fam. Thanks"

"Great place to stay, has everything you need for staying short term or long term. We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment and was quiet during the night even though we were facing the main road. Bed was comfy and so was lounge. Also had a washing machine and dryer, everything you would find in an apartment. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Will stay again when in Brisbane next."

"Left belongings in the room and motel claim housekeeping never logged it. A stolen property report is being made to police. "King Deluxe Room was VERY spacious - capacity when booking online says 2ppl but would fit another 1-2 rollaway beds (if it was available) for kids up to 12-15yrs, or even a small round dining table as a place to eat.
Bathroom was great space too, and full-size mirror (a lot of hotels don't have this).
Great location esp with Woollies and a lot of dining options literally footsteps away. Lovely breakfast available downstairs. Parking was fantastic, esp EV charger.

"The hotel is really lovely with gorgeous beach views but it is starting to show to wear. The toilet seat was broken, the shower head was falling apart, and the curtains were useless resulting in being woken up with the sunrise. Everything else was good.
Happy I brought my earplugs as the construction work next door was loud Monday morning. "
