"Our room was clean and comfy The staff could not do enough for you they were all very friendly and happy, we ate at the yak and yeti three nights in a row as the food was absolutely delicious the flavours were out of this world there was alot of choice on the menu too, they had a really nice sun terrace to enjoy a drink, food or just to chill, they had a car park for the duration of your stay Breakfast was a full english which i can honestly say kept you full until your evening meal , we did not get a chance to say goodbye to the staff but wanted to say thank you to each and everyone of them for making our stay just perfect"

"We had a standard room and it was all clean and tidy. The wardrobe door was broken and was difficult to use but it didn’t matter to me. The only surprising thing was we didn’t have a mini bar. When we asked about it, they said they don’t provide it for standard room users. This is a 4 star hotel, so it was quite a shock as all hotels have this basic good in their rooms normally."

"The staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean and met expectations. Towels, shower, kettle etc. At 5am the fire alarm went off, we left the room and the before leaving the building it turnd off. We found out in the morning that the adjacent bakery semi regularly sets off the fire alarm and the alarm system for all buildings on site are connected. The bakery should get their act together, if they can't manage bread cooking then they're failing as a bakery. The fire alarm connection is in control of the hotel and I hold them accountable on this front."

"The room I booked was for 4 people. It was spacious and clean with functional kitchen and bathroom. However there was only one set of cutlery and two cups which made it difficult for us all to have a drink or eat anything. There was also only a small table with 2 seats. Cooked breakfast was included and was reasonably good but I would have also like to have the choice of a cereal option as well. The Hotel is in a good location albeit on a road. It was easy to walk to both low town and high town in about 10 mins. Overall our stay was good."

"Really enjoyable experience, lovely setting and really helpful staff. The only issue was with the air conditioning not working during this heatwave. Would be good to be fixed to avoid this. Great experience however and really good facilities"
