"Room was very clean except for the suede sofa (there were a few old stains on it). Staff was very friendly and made the check-in experience seamless. They offer free bug spray use in the lobby. "Good location right on the lake and free bikes to use and the bike path is in front of the hotel. Our room has the lake view with a balcony, great view for sunset and sunrise. The room is spacious with a Japanese style sitting room that can be completely closed. The bathroom has an onsen style hot tub. The breakfast was average. Highly recommended"
