"This hotel is very well located. This was my second stay. They have a food court at the basement level, which has some excellent food. Great prices as well. The staff are always helpful. We had an issue with the pillows. 1 was very soft and the other very high and firm. When my partner asked for any other solution he wasn't helped much. I went back later in the pm and spoke to a young man who came up with a solution. I received however, 2 quilts?!!. I then left a note for the cleaner who serviced our rooms. They changed it. The room itself was comfortable and cleaned every day. The only downside is the very thin door and walls. I could hear every door bang, conversation in the corridors or in the adjacent rooms. This did wake me up a few times."

Could be a bit overwhelming to access the hotel at the beginning as there are a few entrances, but on the flip side, more convenient if you know the way. Staffs are helpful and professional, especially the house keeping lady. Room is clean and quiet. Very comfy. 👍👍👍👍👍"

"Convenient location not too far from the ferries, shopping, bus stops, and MRT. Per Hong Kong law, they cannot provide specific amenities, but there was a healthy supply of toothbrushes, combs, slippers, and toothpaste. Staff was helpful and spoke English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. The lobby and rest of the building was nice and cool, and the lobby provides hot and cold water for refills, as well as free coffee. They will also store your luggage before and a little after checking in and out. Rooms were generously furnished with plenty of storage and charging ports for devices. The bathroom was clean and had a separate shower stall which, especially in Hong Kong, is greatly appreciated. The bathroom door is frosted in a way that doesn't show what's happening on the inside. What's nice is that the A/C is always on because the smoke alarms in the building are sensitive. Either way, there wasn't the usual mugginess that you might find in a humid-environment hotel. I'd love to stay here again if I'm ever in Hong Kong."

"Great location and very friendly staff. The room was a great size, but could have been cleaned a little better (stains around sink, fake eye lashes stuck to wall next to coffee station). Missing chargers on second side of bed, and bed was extra firm which made for an uncomfortable sleep. The blankout curtains were fantastic, and AC strong and quiet. Overall I would recommend depending on the nightly rate. Gym and facilities missing clean towels for use, paper only."
