"Very friendly and welcoming staff, rented a scooter for 4 days for a reasonable price. Only complaint was the ac didn’t blow cold but the fan option worked great to keep the room cool at night. "

"Went there as a solo female traveler. Room was ok however beds are close to each other no space to get into. Bathroom is so small with no windows and water would flood the floor when showering. Staff are not friendly either attentive they are so rude. Whenever I needed a new tower they would ask me to bring my dirty towels down and take a new one. I stayed at the 3rd floor with no lifts and they didn’t help me with my luggage when checking out so I had to carry it on my own. The good thing is...

"Very poor unit in every way: super hard bed/shower floor terrible with rotten wood trim. Communication wth staff was horrible, most could not speak a word of English, will say they really try to help . TV was broken, they did put new one in.bad window view, didn’t tell us the breakfast wasn’t included until last day, very poor selection! We went to a French Bakery 2 buildings down."
