"Room was nice, front desk and staff were great. Food was great too… amenities were all nice. However, waiting staff at the restaurant is mediocre. They didn’t check on us after we got our food. Asked for soy sauce and vinegar from two different people and they never brought it. "

"Overall the Caza was a nice place and well kept. The staff was friendly and willing to accommodate when asked. The only issue I had was they charged my for two breakfasts when my girlfriend only had coffee. When I confronted them about it they argued and would not change the bill. It was the only issue I had and felt it was cheap enough it didn’t matter that much. I would stay there again even with that experience. Nice place to stay."

"Toilet does not flush"

"Things don't like: Rooms too small. Not enough room to move and place luggages. Leaking shower faucet.😂 Things like: friendly staff😊"
