Good holliday

The food is very fresh...and the stuff work hard for the guests. Wifi is not 100%...but OK. And if something is wrong...they fix it, so they work hard for the clients. Very good.

Stayed at hemera@baruthotels.com many times , never lets me down. Great hotel,great staff comfortable cosy rooms, excellent food especially Akdeniz restaurant. Top quality cocktails, beautiful grounds . The pools are suitable for everyone with family/entertainment area also adult only quiet areas.Best Hotel in Side

The Check In was so easy, just sitting on the sofa with a drink. We were upgraded to a room with a Jacuzzi, which was nice. The rooms are a bit small but furnished to high standards with daily refilling of the mini bars. The pools were nice and the food was good. Bars were well equipped with quality alcohol. Staff were always nice and helpful. Beach was kept clean and the seats were comfortable. Evening shows were great too! Lots of seating and sunbeds on the grass, in the share also Overall a great experience and we would definitely stay here again if coming to the region.

Another nice adventure at one of the Barut Hotels.

Special thanks to Guest Relationships Manager - Mr. Vural SÖNMEZ, and Chief of Restaurants- Mr. Mehmet and Front Desk - Miss. Ümmü, they are the people let us another booking for Barut Hemera Hotel for our next trip. Except for the items below, everything was nice. Reason of these written items, in order to upgrade the service quality with prospective way. 1-) Wall mounted type A/C, which was working noisy, 2-) Housekeeping for room cleaning was not done properly and on time, 3-) The signal quality of wi-fi was week and, 4-) Fire show at Live Music area was not been thought well, because it caused strong smoke at the air which can create extra sickness especially for astyma patient, and allergies at eyes who has eyes sensitiveness. Thanks to well educated staff of Barut Group.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. It is located right on the beach. You can reach the beach by walking through the amazing garden and pool area. Everything is clean and well maintained. There are lounge chairs and seating areas everywhere which gives a really nice atmosphere. You can walk along the beach and water side straight into Side. There are shops and restaurants along the way. The All Inclusive option in the hotel was amazing. The hotel has two a la carte restaurants and a regular open buffet as well as plenty of bars and lounge areas. The presentation and amount of food was mind blowing. Simply beautiful. There is a Spa, hotel shops, a gym, an arcade and a club as well. Every day there are activities for the hotel guests. We had a wonderful stay celebrating my birthday. Even though it was February, the weather was warm and sunny every day. I recommend coming here during the winter months if you don’t want to deal with a lot of people. We will definitely come back. Thank you :-)

Great resort, nice property and facilities for family stay. Very good breakfast, buffet option and à la carte restaurants. Staff super friendly and attentive, above and beyond to help, free parking onsite very convenient. And plus for the upgrade room with pool at adult zone.

A Wonderful Family Stay at Barut Hemera Resort – Highly Recommended! We had a fantastic family holiday at Barut Hemera Resort – everything from the hospitality to the facilities exceeded our expectations. A very special thank you to the amazing team at the Kids Club: Munos (a truly kind and dedicated person – our kids adored her!), Monika, Danaya, Fatos, and Zarina. The kids’ activities were well-organized, engaging, and made our children look forward to every day. They created a safe, fun, and welcoming environment – truly a highlight of our stay. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety and consistently high quality across all meals. Whether buffet or à la carte, everything was fresh and delicious. We’d also like to give a special mention to Fevzi, whose shisha service was outstanding – friendly, professional, and always with a smile. He made our evenings truly relaxing. At the spa, we had a great experience thanks to Annie and Ellie. Their warm approach and professional service made us feel pampered and cared for. Overall, this was a memorable trip for the whole family, and we would happily return. Rating our Expedia experience: 5/5 – smooth booking, accurate information, and a seamless trip from start to finish.
