"The best part of this hotel is the staff. Very friendly, very helpful and spoke brilliant English, which was handy, as my Arabic is terrible. "Overall, my experience was okay. The bartender at the swimming pool was very sweet and professional; I believe her name was Nisrine, Hdan, another bartender, and Towel service guys, If I remember well, Youssef & Ayoub, the staff was very attentive and provided excellent service. The night staff as well at the upstairs lounge were friendly and welcoming. However, I will mention that you definitely need to dedicate someone to bussing the tables at the swimming pool area, as I had to ask several times to have glasses on our table cleared."
