"What a glorious spot amongst the vines, comfortable well equipped dome, shame the weather didn’t play along so we could use the outdoor fire. The included wine tasting is one of the best we have done, the wines are beautiful and it’s an unpretentious setting. recommend booking the food hamper. What a great idea to give a voucher to use towards the cost of breakfast at local cafes, we visited the Cabin in Exeter and in Moon Lilly in Beaconsfield, both lovely. Thank you for a lovely relaxing stay....

"We had a great room with views over Launceston. Balmoral in a very handy position, close to the CBD. The room was clean and had all amenities, including microwave and plates / cutlery. We enjoyed the continental breakfast with lovely fruit. The Hotel Manager was welcoming and helpful with knowledge of the best local restaurants."

"This is the second time we've visited the Low Head, George Town area and wanted to stay at the pilot station. We were not disappointed; these charming old buildings are in great condition for their age. We had trouble with the gas heater in our unit but Jodi from the kiosk came to the rescue. The bed was comfortable; the kitchen well stocked with cooking equipment and parking was onsite and close to the unit. These units are old and have some "quirky" features at times. We would definitely stay...

Well appointed with well stocked fully functional kitchen. 2 bedroom apartment is made out of 2 separate areas: 1 apartment (1 king bed, bathroom with bath, 1 kitchen, 1 dining area , 1 seating area with smart TV, washing machine and dryer and outdoor area) and 1 studio (1 double bed, 1 kitchenette, 1 bathroom which includes a washing machine and its own outdoor seating area). The linen and towels were good quality. It was an average space at a price that was appropriate. The service was good, efficient, friendly and we also had parking nearby included. "
