"Room is extremely outdated. They posted pictures of updated rooms on their website and then put us in a room that looked like something out of a 1970s movie. Shaggy teal carpet and bedding that looked used.
They weren’t full either, yet chose to give us that room.
The entrance needs to be updated as well. Very old and not overly welcoming

"Der Check-In hat einwandfrei funktioniert, das Personal war nett. Insgesamt ist alles etwas chaotisch und sehr unorganisiert für ein 5-Sterne Haus. Am Sonntag haben wir 20 Minuten gewartet bis wir in den Frühstücksraum gehen konnten, nach uns waren 15 weitere Personen, sowas geht leider überhaupt nicht. Ansonsten ist das Hotel ganz in Ordnung organisiert, das Personal nicht immer aufmerksam, da gibt es auf jeden Fall Luft nach oben. "
