"4 out the 5 lightbulbs in the only lamp in the bedroom were missing! Light over mirror in bathroom broken! Holes in bedsheet. Burn on bedside table. Curtains did not cover the windows!"

Beste Schlafqualität auf hochwertigen Matratzen. Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und kompetent. Ganz sicher war das nicht mein letzter Besuch! "

"Kitchen in the room was under renovation and not available. Maintenance equipment was stored outside the room and you could hear the engineers walking up and down to collect their tools. "

"The food in the restaurant was nice and the service was very friendly. The bed was comfy and the room was generally clean however the floor would've benefitted from a mop. The bathroom's ceiling showed mould in places and the showerscreen would also have benefitted from a scrub. I did not have a shower so can't comment on the waterpressure or temperature. The hotel's rooms have thin walls and as there is no carpet, every sound was loud. Other guests did not show consideration so my sleep and slumber was interrupted several times. Taxi service was difficult to arrange and bus / underground services not convenient. Breakfast was continental style."
