"Before arrival I received a text from the Hotel welcoming me and offering a SIM card for free data whilst staying there. When I arrived and asked about this noone knew anything about it. I asked then to check and get back to me.
No-one responded, so I asked again at the desk, again showing then the message I had received from the hotel and was met with blank looks.
