"A wonderful experience. Initially we had an issue with the room - I specifically requested a room with a bath. This was quickly resolved and our room was changed to accommodate our request. The hotel staff are amazing. Very friendly. The gym, pool and amenities are fantastic and the location is perfect. Thank you for a wonderful experience."

The hotel is a beautiful oasis, and the staff could not be more attentive to their guests. There are so many little touches that make the experience exceptional - I highly recommend passing through Cambodia to see the ancient history and the Jaya house is the place you need to stay during your visit!"

Also want to special mention our driver whose name was Moon - the hotel was able to book as our driver for the duration of our stay and he was truly exceptional in his professionalism. We were able to have a great experience and make wonderful memories in Cambodia thanks to the property and the great care they took of us. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit!"

"Here’s a more respectful, balanced version of your review: We appreciated the friendly and welcoming staff, and our room was clean and well-maintained. However, overall our stay didn’t quite meet our expectations. The hotel feels somewhat outdated, and the breakfast selection was fairly average. The location was also less convenient than we had hoped, as it’s a bit far from main attractions. Additionally, the photos online make the property appear more modern than it is in reality."
