This place was in a good location, about 10 minute walk from Pub Street, the night market, etc. I had a couple issues with broken things in the room (shower head not working, toilet leaking), but at least the hotel staff were understanding in attempting to fix things quickly. I was glad to be on the first floor, as there's no elevator here.

I wish we could have stayed longer!!

This hotel was definitely one of my favorites!! The staff were so hospitable and ensured we had an amazing time! They were also extremely helpful in finding us the only place for PCR testing for our trip to our next destination. I can't say good enough things about how central the location was, overall friendliness of the staff, and how clean our rooms felt!

the hotel is in the Watbo village.Pub street is 2 blocks away and loads of cool places t0 eat. The best thing was the staff , they were so cool and helpful , I will stay here again

Beautiful hotel in Siem Reap. Great service and staff! Amazing shower! Unfortunately there was a very loud bar or club close by that made the nights less enjoyable. It was very loud in our room.

Staff were excellent. There’s no lift so access to rooms on upper floors is hard work in the heat and humidity. Breakfast options were fine and the coffee was extremely good.

Stayed 1 night, fab service from lovely staff. Very helpful and respectful staff. No lift service so not suitable for mobility challenged people. Air conditioner not 100% working in room but bed very comfortable and large room. Restaurant open for breakfast so great and it was delicious. Can’t fault the staff, I would recommend stay because of them. Area ok, close to market and pub street. At moment everything slow to open due to COVID so once more places open could be a noisy area but great access to services

Money stolen from room, please avoid this hotel. We stayed at the Apsara Residence Hotel in Siem Reap for 5 nights in February 2025 and were extremely disappointed both to have money stolen from the safe in our room and also with the poor response we received from Hotel Management when we reported this loss. We reported the $100 dollar theft to the Hotel Management and were brushed off with a very inadequate response despite several attempts to pursue this matter. Management simply refused to acknowledge the money could have been taken and did not seem to properly investigate what had happened. Our remaining days at the Hotel were spoiled by this invasion of our privacy and our consequent lack of confidence in the security of our possessions. I have no doubt the management will reply to this review stating the theft being impossible, but nevertheless we wish to alert future guests to the need to be very wary of this venue so they can avoid the treatment we were unfortunate to have experienced. Hotel management promised to follow up this matter after we left but, unsurprisingly, we have heard nothing from them. The only matter that bothered the manager we spoke to was the prospect of a negative review. We strongly suggest people look elsewhere for accommodation.

This is our second stay here and we recommend it to anyone who is coming to Siem Reap. The staff is wonderful; so helpful with anything you need. They're happy to help with transportation, tour suggestions, & entertainment suggestions. The breakfast is extensive. We didn't use the spa, but I know someone who has and they enjoyed it a lot and the price is very reasonable.

Lovely hotel, very well located. The staff could not possibly have been kinder or more attentive. There was some noise from the bar nearby, but it didn't bother us too much. Would certainly stay again.
