L'hôtel est très bien situé, dans une rue vivante où se trouvent de nombreux cafés et restaurants (Mme Moch par exemple, le meilleur testé), pas très loin du night market. La piscine est agréable et le personnel très souriant et serviable. La chambre familiale est spacieuse et bien agencée. Les moins: les serviettes étaient odorantes et les draps tachés ; la télé ne marchait pas mais nous ne l'avons pas signalé à l'accueil.

Hôtel recommandable, mais... Accueil : personnel aimable, dévoué mais ne parlant pas toujours une langue étrangère. A l'arrivée m'est attribuée une chambre non conforme à la description donnée lors de la réservation : TV ne fonctionnant pas, appliques lumineuses ne fonctionnant pas.Une autre chambre me fut donc proposée, très vaste et dans laquelle tout fonctionnait. L'impression générale est celle d'un manque d'entretien de l'hôtel. Le dévouement et l'amabilité du personnel ne sont pas en cause, mais il semble qu'il manque une impulsion venant de la direction. Le petit déjeuner est correct, sans grand choix. L'éclairage des chambres est insuffisant. Assez belle piscine, mais ce qui l'entoure est bien mal entretenu; Dommage ! Des atouts donc, mais non valorisés.

Personnel très gentil et serviable. Je suis passée par eux pour réserver tuk tuk, billet de bateau pour Battambang à prix inférieur que par agence. Bonne literie. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Très bien situé, juste à côté d'un supermarché et de bons restaurants. Le seul point négatif : assez bruyant, penser aux boulles quies !

We had a wonderful stay here, the staff were very friendly and understood English well. Good breakfast menu, nice pool and close to main evening attractions but not so close that you were affected by the noise. Comfortable beds, would definite stay here again and will recommend to friends traveling to Siem Reap Cambodia.

Big and comfortable rooms

Rooms are pretty big, especially the family room. Overall quite an enjoyable stay except that there's too many mosquitos.. luckily we are prepared.

Отель, оставил хорошие впечатления.Приехали в 8 часов утра,заселение должно быть в 14 часов- не спали всю ночь,видя это,девочка на ресепшен быстро распорядилась подготовить номер и в 10-00 мы заселились.Большое Вам спасибо.В номере есть всё,для непритязательных людей,не хватает шкафа.Уборка ежедневно,смена полотенец, вода и чайные принадлежности-тоже.Все стараются тебе помочь.Хороший бассейн.Один минус-слабый напор воды в душе,но привыкаешь.Отель хороший и цена-качество соответствуют.Спасибо всему персоналу.

The Mohai Boutique hotel has a very friendly and accommodating staff. We enjoyed the breakfast included with our booking and the swimming pool. They stored our luggage after check out since we had a late day flight when leaving Siem Reap. The hotel is 5-10 minute walk to the night markets and has many local restaurants nearby as well as their own. We would stay here again when visiting Siem Reap.

Pub Streetから近く、Staffsも親切で丁寧です。部屋はきちんと掃除されて清潔なタオルが置かれていました。近くのディスコの爆音が聞こえましたので、早く休むには辛いかもしれません。朝食は質素ですが非常に丁寧に調理して出してくれます。ベッドは私には少し柔らかかったですが、よく眠れました。安心して眠ることが中心であれば十分な設備でした。 Close to Pub Street, nice staffs with basic but clean infrastructure. If you need a safe place to sleep and if your focus is to go around mostly, it is one option to be here.

It is located in a vey convenient location , close to all local amenities. Many restaurants, supermarkets, bakery shops can be found just a short walk away. Just take a short stroll of 10 mins, you will find yourself at Pub Street where the center of Siem Reap’s nightlife scene is located. The staff at Mohai Hotel are very friendly and helpful. They are always smiling and polite. I would like to commend front desk staff Mr.Khong PhonLoue for a wonderful service rendered. He was helpful and patient in answering questions and would personally ushered me to the assigned room. He would recommend excellent places to dine and places of interest to visit without me asking.

Fantastic value.

Excellent 4 day stay in this small but perfectly proportioned hotel. My ground floor room was spacious, and had good wi-fi, good aircon, a fridge, a kettle, television, and a very nice bathroom. The Manager was extremely friendly and helpful, as were all the staff. Breakfast was perfectly adequate. It's location is very good, just a short stroll to the numerous bars and restaurants of Siem Reap. Tours can be arranged to Angkor Wat from the hotel, at a very good price. All I can say is that I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
