Would give this 6+ stars if that was possible - the hotel staff, especially Sophie, were all very friendly and helpful greeting us by name whenever we returned back to the hotel from a day out. The hotel itself is well located within easy walking distance of Pub Street, market street etc.. if you like busier areas, or set off in the opposite direction for more local food outlets and shops etc.. - exceeded all our expectations - the perfect base for a few days in Siem Reap

The entire staff at the Khmer Mansion Boutique Hotel was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful; and they were really fun to talk to. I would definitely stay there again if I return to Siem Reap.

The staff here are really exceptional. I have never stayed at a place with more attentive service than this hotel. I felt like royalty. From start to finish they treated us with kindness and attentive hospitality. They have a full menu you can order breakfast from as well as a continental buffet. Both are included with your room. They welcome you with a drink and some food and send you home with hospitality as well. I had a problem with the shower not draining properly. I mentioned it in the morning and it was totally fixed when I returned in the evening. Plus they offered my wife and I a free drink for our trouble. The hotel is an easy walk to pub street which is where you want to be for dining and entertainment.

Everything was spectacular! The staff were extremely kind and attentive, the hotel was very centric and pretty, and the food was very good. We loved their attention to detail; when we arrived we were greeted with cold towels, our room was decorated with flowers on the bed along with a free welcome drink and treat, and for our sunrise tour to Angkor Wat they even prepared us breakfast baskets to take on the go. And on our way out they helped us reseal a package we had and gave us scarves as a memento! We are sad we only had two nights at this wonderful place. 100% would recommend!

Reserved 3 rooms for my family. All of us really enjoyed our three night stay. The staff were super courteous and anticipated things we might want. The rooms were wonderful and we had a turndown service each night with some small snack left for us. Breakfast was very good - we had the Eggs Benny each day with fruits from the buffet. Coffee was made to order as well! I live in hotels 11 months of the year and this is one of my favourite in this price range - mainly due to the staff!!

Large and immaculately clean room with large balcony overlooking pool. Lovely green courtyard. Pool is large and very clean. Staff is highly attentive. Made to order breakfast is wonderful. Quiet yet walkable to everything.

The Khmer Mansion Boutique Hotel was an oasis in a very busy part of Siem Riep. The staff were friendly, always willing to answer questions and provided great service. The rooms and the common areas were beautiful. The breakfasts were great. I would stay there again!

Hidden Gem with spectacular hospitality

This was easily the most amazing stay at a hotel I have had in decades. The team at Khmer Mansion Boutique Hotel is absolutely fantastic, the friendliest people everywhere at this Hotel anticipating your every move. I liked my Four Seasons stay once, but they are not even close to the level of hospitality and care you receive at this hidden gem in Siem Reap.

Good location and amazing service

We had a wonderful stay. The service is excellent - personally, we felt it became a little too much with the washing clothes when we returned and the glass of water, but it seems everyone liked that very much. The staff is very smiling and helpful in everything. It is an older hotel and it shows but certainly nothing important. We would choose this hotel again.

5 Star Hotel in Siem Reap, Highly recommend

The staff at Khmer Mansion Boutique Hotel were all truly amazing. They were extremely attentive and knew us all by name. They made our stay very memorable and we would definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful trip to Siem Reap. The hotel is in a really great part of town, close to walk to pub street and many restaurants nearby. The meals we had at the hotel were very fresh and delicious as well.

Very nice hotel with excellent staff who would help out if necessary. The grounds of the hotel are nice with lots of trees and flowers. The area out of the hotel is not very nice. I feel that in Cambodia there are not many places done up after the wars they have gone through. Roads are not sealed except for the highway to the airport.

This is a wonderful hotel with 5 star service. They have a wonderful team that does everything you can think of to ensure there clients enjoy there stay. A great relaxing pool area, wonderful fruit smoothies and a great balcony overlooking it all! If you want a great hotel in Siam Reap, then you can't go wrong here!

Amazing service and excellent location

Amazing service at the kmher mansion boutique hotel. Welcome drink on arrival with snacks and the are just so welcoming and so nice. The food was delicious and the pool was very nice. Great location to pub street and the market. I’ll definitely be coming back here. Rooms were also very nice and comfortable

This hotel was excellent value. This was the most attentive staff we have ever experienced. Friendly and always ready with water and cooling towel when we returned from being out. We had some special requests that they readily acomodated as well as arranging all transportation. We loved our stay here!

Amazong service! Staff was very attentive, remembering my name and always offering cool towels when coming back to the hotel plus snacks and water! Conveniently located to pub street as well if thats your thing. 10/10 would book again. Only about 20 minute drive to temple ruins.

The Khmer Mansion Boutique hotel was one of the best hotels we've been to due to the genuinely helpful, friendly, and courteous staff. I would like to thank every one of them for making our stay so enjoyable. The hotel itself is also at a convenient central location with a short walk to the Pub Street, Old Market, and multiple great restaurants. The pool is nice as well with pretty plants and plam trees around it. All in all a great place to stay.

All of the staff were very friendly, highly attentive and accommodating. The FO Supervisor, Hov Pheara, did a fantastic job with coordinating our transportation and making us comfortable. The night auditor, La Leap helped make us feel welcome and attended to our needs. I highly recommend the Khmer Mansion Boutique Hotel to everyone.
