"Before arrival I received a text from the Hotel welcoming me and offering a SIM card for free data whilst staying there. When I arrived and asked about this noone knew anything about it. I asked then to check and get back to me.
No-one responded, so I asked again at the desk, again showing then the message I had received from the hotel and was met with blank looks.
I’ve no issues if this was a mistake but please make sure you change the message that’s sent to customers or respond when asked a...

"Our room was clean and spacious, offering plenty of room to settle in comfortably and feel right at home. The bedding was comfortable, and the amenities were well-maintained. The pool is superb, the perfect spot to cool off and relax after a hot day in Siem Reap, all within a peaceful setting surrounded by gardens. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return."

"Location is amazing and staff are beyond friendly and helpful. Everyone was so welcoming. Decent small buffet breakfast available each morning. The only negatives I would say is the building does need a little maintenance but nothing that would ruin your stay. Very clean property. There is some good restaurants directly in front and a convenience store. It is only a 5-10 minute walk to pub st"

"５泊しました。朝食が素晴らしいという口コミ情報を見ていたので、とても楽しみでした。実際は想像以上で、大満足でした。カンボジアのローカルフードも日替わりでいただけ、飽きませんでした。
２日目午前４時にアンコールワットツアーに出かけたのですが、前日にお願いをしていたランチBOXはちゃんと用意していてくださいました。
夜はレストランでいただき、プールバーでカクテルも楽しみました。素晴らしい時間となりました。
広々とした開放的なホテルで、従業員の皆さんもとても親切でした。シェムリアップではおすすめのホテルです。"
