"We stayed in a city view room that was bright, tidy, and comfortable. The housekeeping team kept everything clean, and the complimentary amenities were replaced every day. The restaurant served tasty local dishes, and the staff were polite and welcoming. The hotel's front landscape was attractive, and parking was easy and secure."

"Before arrival I received a text from the Hotel welcoming me and offering a SIM card for free data whilst staying there. When I arrived and asked about this noone knew anything about it. I asked then to check and get back to me.
No-one responded, so I asked again at the desk, again showing then the message I had received from the hotel and was met with blank looks.
I’ve no issues if this was a mistake but please make sure you change the message that’s sent to customers or respond when asked a...

"This Hotel by far exceeded my expectations. The breakfast is great. The staff is one of the best i have been around in many years. Helpful and always smiling.

"The hotel was not standard, I checked out immediately because it looked unsafe and the electricity was off and on. The manager didn’t refund me even though I didn’t stay."
