The service was excellent, the staff is exceptional. We were leaving in the morning for a train to Krakow and the staff made us sandwiches for the road.

Notre réservation était inconnue par l'établissement qui nous a envoyé en face. Ceux-ci nous ont renvoyé au premier endroit.... qui a dit que nous n'avions pas de réservation... mais ils nous ont trouvé une chambre. Nous ne sommes pas restés. Nous sommes allés ailleurs. Tant pis.

This is a great place to spend a few days in. So spacious, great closets (yes, more than one) and cupboard space in the kitchen - you could move in! My only criticism was the bathroom - tiles and grouting definitely need updating but very functional and spacious with additional storage too!!
