"Hotels dot com screwed up the reservation, but Jessica at the property did everything she could and made sure I️ have accommodations for my trip. She’s there to help and does a great job at that. The road going to the site is dirt, but that’s expected in CR. The pool at the smaller condos is amazing. Infinity, with fantastic views and the right depth to hang out and enjoy life. Definitely going back there the next time I’m in Uvita!!"

"1) wrong address listed. Took me 20 minutes to figure out that the correct address was listed only in the email. Email wasn’t clear that google maps and Apple Maps was wrong. 2) no communication with the property as we were figuring out the address in the dark 3) villa booked wasn’t provided to us as their was no power in the villa which was initially booked 4) no internet provided during our stay. 5) had to figure out the water supply issue on one of the days of our stay 6) I have been trying...

"We absolutely loved our stay at Seren! As soon as we got there they showed us to our tent and it was so nice and cool inside. The ac worked great the whole time we were there. The bathroom accommodations were very clean and the pool was so nice to cool off in. We had breakfast there in the mornings and the fruit was great! "I loved this property!!! It was private and well cared for. It was a beautifully designed, well thought out space. Loved the sunrises in the morning and the bird chatter all day! Private pool was so gorgeous. Had everything I needed. Owners were very accommodating. You DO need a 4 wheel drive for the drive way but once you figure it out it is easy. Will be back!!!!!"

"Sehr schön gelegenes „Dschungel-Resort“ bei Uvita. Die Deluxe Villa war hochwertig und komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Essen war extraklasse mit gutem Service. Für die Fahrt zum Resort empfiehlt sich ein 4x4. Einziger Nachteil waren ein paar Stromausfälle, einer davon ging etwas länger ohne Generator. Ansonsten war es ein klasse Aufenthalt! "
