"We recently completed our stay at your condo. While the location was excellent, we experienced several severe safety hazards and maintenance issues that significantly impacted our comfort and peace of mind.We are bringing these to your attention immediately so they can be resolved for future guests: Front Door Lock Defect: Our primary and most serious concern was that the front door would not lock from the inside. This created a highly anxious and unsafe environment, forcing us to wedge a chair...

"Great unit and property. Easy to navigate and communication. Perfect location."

"The apartment was nice, modern, and very clean, with new appliances and a comfortable bed. Overall, it felt well-maintained and offered good value for the location. However, there were a few issues during my stay. Some of the light switches were confusing and didn’t always work properly sometimes only certain combinations would turn lights on or off. The unit is downstairs, and noise from the upstairs neighbor (who was quite loud at times) made it difficult to sleep in or rest comfortably....

"Perfect stay for a family traveling with a dog(s). We were in Reno for five days and couldn't have been more impressed with the complex. The unit was clean and comfortable, the potty areas for pets around the complex were abundant, and the manager was very pleasant. Our son enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and basketball court."

"Overall the property was great. However, it was super hot when we arrived and the provided air fans were not enough. Perhaps an air fan in every room rather than just one and a bigger one in the living room would work best. "

"This is a nice condo with lots of room a well stocked kitchen. I have rented numerous properties over the years and without a doubt, I have never had an owner as organized as Kenneth. The condo is located in Incline Village, as good a starting point as any for your Tahoe adventures. If you have access to a vehicle, there are lots of things within an hour. I would stay here again. "
