"The hotel is"

"Fantastic hosts and great property, we were treated like family!"

"The room was very clean and kept up daily. Room is older and could use some attention. A few cracked tiles on flooring and updated furniture. Bed was very comfortable (king). No refrigerator but we requested and they brought us one (no charge), which was great. Also, room should have a safe and maybe a microwave to bring room up to date. I cannot say enough about the fabulous staff. From your room to breakfast to the pool and main office: you could not ask for any better people to be there for...

"I don’t know how this place charge the rate they do and not have a refrigerator on site. Nothing for a coffee or tea in the room. No ice anywhere in the hotel. We had to buy our own ice. It was so hot and no ice. No ice machine. The cost was high. It was convenient to the town. But even a 3 star hotel nearby had ice machines. No cafe. No kettle or anything in the room to make a coffee or cool Your beer. No bar. Terrible value for money."

"Desde nuestra llegada todo el personal fue muy amable, nuestras habitaciones con vista al océano conexión con la naturaleza, la calma y la relajación eran nuestro objetivo, los alimentos de excelente calidad y la propiedad nos hacía sentir en casa"

"Beautiful large room. Bed was very comfortable. The ac was good. The pool was great to have. The property was stunning with the birds and the plants. It was nice and close to town. We could walk to all kinds of restaurants and shops. Very enjoyable. A bit of difficulty with the lock getting in and out of the room."

"Wow this hotel was just incredible from start to finish. And what really sets it apart are all the employees. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The food was delicious, the service impeccable, and the rooms were gorgeous. I can’t wait to book my next trip there."

"The room had an awesome view and was very convenient"

"Nice pool although jacuzzi was not working. Good food/drinks at restaurant, room spacious and clean. "

"Staff and resort were very accommodating and made us feel extra special for Carlitos 40th bday! Will be back soon"

"The hotel was in a great location. Views were outstanding. The room was perfect for our stay. Jorge was so pleasant at the front concierge desk and incredibly helpful. The food at the restaurant was okay (not sure why they serve Tilapia in their fish fingers when the Ocean is right in front of them). BTW. An amazing place for seafood is just up the street at 7 Seas. Do that !!! The front desk lady was unfriendly, gave us the map to our room without explaining how to get there and when...
