"We loved the position of this hotel that was close to everything you want to see in the old town and the restaurants too. The staff were extremely helpful. Our room on the 7th floor had a very compact bathroom and when the door was opened it caught the knees and toes of the person sitting in the toilet behind. "Clean and comfortable with stunning views from the terrazas. But sharing one bathroom with three other rooms was inconvenient."

"Staff was very courteous, Laura at the reception desk and Jose (Josefa) in the breakfast area. We had poor internet reception in our suite and Laura contacted the phone company hoping to solve the issue. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved after our 3 day stay."
