"The location was fantastic and the 2 bedroom suite was spacious. For the price, it was a great value for our group of 3 adults and 2 little kids. Staff was friendly. Furnitures were simple and functional. The suite had a full fridge, microwave, and all the basic kitchenware. The beds were comfortable. However, it wasn't perfect - you get what you pay. Floor boards had some cracks and a bit uneven (my 2yo tripped twice). Bathtub didn't have a plug so a bath wasnt possible. First night, hot water...

"Great accommodation, communication and check in process. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is (I’d have given it 4.5 if possible) is: (1) The microwave in our property was out of order (the host knew - it had a sticker on It saying so) and we were not told before we arrived, which was a bit annoying. They subsequently offered to move us to another but it was the evening by then, we were tired and only staying one night. Surely it would have been better to put us in a property with a working...

"It is very centrally located. The metro/train stations are 5 minutes away. Gran Via, Retired park, Cibeles are all 5 minutes away. The bus that goes directly to the airport is 10 minutes away. Grocery stores are across the street, as is San Anton Market. Loved the location! The apartment itself is beautiful, clean and very spacious. All the amenities are well-appointed. The check-in is online and was seamless. As we discovered, the online check-in is not common in Spain, even in big cities....

"Si quieres un lugar para llegar y tener donde cocinar algo sencillo aquí es. La habitación con buena distribución y muy fácil de accesar al edificio con el móvil (para que no tengas esa presión de perder una llave). Solo si sigue las indicaciones del hotel porque no es de que literal diario alguien entre y limpie por ti."
