"This property is located right in the middle of Gran Via. Very good rooms. Courteous staff. It was a pleasant stay at this place. Only issue we had was with the washer/dryer. While it washed clothes, the multiple dryer cycles didn’t dry the clothes at all."

"El agua de la regadera se sale al cuarto cuando te bañas. En recepción te dicen que ellos no tienen nada que ver con el cuarto y no hay con quien hablar al respecto. No tiene ni vista, ni las terrazas que aparecen en fotos y videos. Es un mini cuarto con vista a una pared. No hay servicio de limpieza todos los días, solo te dicen que elijas un día para que limpien. Se escucha todo lo de los otros cuartos. Lo único bueno es la ubicación"

"The slow suites Chueca advertise as 3.5 stars but I found it at sane level as other 2 stars places I stayed in Madrid, Seville or Barcelona. It was a bit too expensive for us to begin with and check-in process was too complicated. There was no real Front Desk where you can meet someone in person, only calling a Helpdesk. No concierge option for luggage, only offered a tiny storage at additional charge. This was the most expensive hotel out of the 4 hotels we stayed in Spain had no real front...
