"Lovely hotel, friendly staff at reception, clean large room. Had a room on the 5th floor overlooking the street. Beds are large, we shared a room between 3 - 1 king size bed and 1 single pull out bed. The kitchenette was a nice addition and great if you want to make something in/ warm food. Windows are triple glazed so noise from the street is reduced. The hotel has a small pool and roof bar- unfortunately these were closed due to the time of year. "We stayed there in the winter… When we got there, the room was already heated, which is never a guarantee with any place that you stay. It was easy to access the room, there was an elevator, and the door code was same for the outside door and the apartment. The AI concierge was able to answer most questions. I had difficulty with the stovetop and they responded quickly to my questions. I would definitely stay there again and recommend them to anyone that’s going to Chueca. "
