"Overall a value choice, other than two problems. Expedia says it has daily cleaning. Since the towels were pretty rough, and there were visible stains, we thought it was OK since we would get new towels everyday anyway. Surprisingly, no room cleaning on the next day. Now it came the second problem. When checking with the staff/owner, we were simply told "it is wrong" about the information on Expedia. No apologize, no corrective actions, even no sympathy. "Website did not indicate there was no lift. It said it was great for all ages. Not so! While the young lady at reception carried my suitcase up the many stairs (after I insisted it was impossible for me - I’m 78 years old), there was no help when I was leaving. Room was ok but shower was dangerous. There was a high step to get into it and only a narrow opening. Getting out was particularly dangerous as there was nothing to hold onto while stepping down."
