"Everything was very nice except for the person duty when we checked in, his mood was unprofessional and unpleasant. The hotel’s location is the best and the decor is so unique and fun! The free drink card was a very nice touch! Room was quiet, cooled perfectly and bed was comfortable. I would the hotel and just hope you are greeted properly when you check in! "This was a last minute book for a couple days in Phoenix area and then up to Flagstaff. It was an incredible trip, but the Kimpton stay was the highlight. They just remodeled and put us in a villa. It was a full bedroom bathroom, dining area and tv room with seating. The outdoor patio was beautifully designed and landscaped. Our unit also had a front gate and after opening it you could take 10 steps to another gate with one of who knows how many pools. They are everywhere. Great music plays...
