"When I spoke with the lady on the phone I asked about staying one night and flying out of RDU. I told her I had two vehicles. She said they were not very busy the next couple days and would only charge me for one vehicle. She ended up charging me for both vehicles even after I showed her what day I called and she said she was the one working. The hotel was very dirty and smelled like everyone was staying short term and cooking in their rooms. Paint peeling off walls in room and bathroom."

"Staff was the most helpful people that I have encountered in my 30+ years of traveling."

"We had an amazing experience at this hotel, the staff was amazing, the amenities as well. We enjoyed the pool and breakfast very much. We will definitely come back."
