"Great location in Spiez. It’s about a 7 min walk from the train station. This is a small hotel with basic rooms. I would recommend staying in a lake view room. The “comfort” room I stayed in faced the street which can be loud. Fortunately, the windows really help block the outside noise. This hotel does not have AC so I wouldn’t recommend staying here during the warm weather months. The terrace has a great view of the lake and it was nice to have breakfast there. "Very good hotel in interlaken west. Staff was friendly. Facility was clean. Had nice garden. Good breakfast with options. Had everything we needed for our stay. Also the owner even booked a taxi for us when I requested. Only thing I would pick is it’s bit of walk from the train station if you are not used to that much walking, otherwise great hotel."
"This was our first hotel in Switzerland. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. The front desk could answer all of our questions about the area. Food was delicious. Oh, of course we HAD to have fondue. Delish!
