"Paid for a premier room with ocean view & balcony. Room had neither, asked for the room we paid for to be told our room was given to someone else the previous day. Told we could change room the next day, then told they didn't have another room to offer us. They tried to offer a much smaller room & claimed that was what we paid for & they had upgraded us on arrival. This was challenged, the only resolve they could offer was free breakfast.
