Small kitchenette with a fringe, microwave, stove top and a coffee maker. Spacious bathroom with a tub. Large balcony with a partial view. "This property was probably stunning the day it opened. Unfortunately they have not kept up with maintenance, and so it is looking quite dated and feels a bit dirty even though there was nothing wrong with housekeeping. On the plus side, the pools were very well looked after by the pool team, the staff is exceptionally friendly. Great location, but don't recommend the buffet..."

"Came in the off season, and it was a complete bait and switch. Actual hotel was closed (including pool and restaurant (so no breakfast)). Placed us next door in tiny apartments. Manager gave us the key and left the property. First room had a broken toilet seat so moved us to another one. Staff spoke no English and didn’t understand that we need password for WiFi. Blanket on bed was wet. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but left the next morning."

"Stunning accomodation, very modern, very clean. 2 zone ac (in sleeping room and living room in the 2 room apt) great service and availability on whats app for questions. Checkin Done through a webform and unique key code for access. (No physical key needed) parking lot just outside with fair prices. (Other business) 2 minutes walk to city center and the lake. Will definitiv look for moncasa next trip to agios nikolaos. If other apt hotels could work like this traveling would be more enjoyable....
