"Ask for the driver who will get you to and from the property. Our UBER driver got lost when we were coming from the airport. However, the front desk staff recommended making arrangements with Lorenzo to take us to the airport. He was efficient, helpful, and cost less. The rooms are simple and fresh. The grounds were beautiful and good for a morning or sunset walk. It is located outside of the community so plan to either order in (deliveroo app) or go out for dinner. You could pack a lunch and...

"Hotel and location were great. There was no water or coffee amenities in the room for the price. They also did not offer complimentary coffee in the lobby. You had to pay for coffee. The refrigerator was also so small it couldn’t fit our leftover pizza/box. Like it was a quarter size of a normal hotel mini refrigerator. Bathroom amenities were lacking as well. Again hotel and location were nice. Paid parking was easy. Just what the room had to offer was lacking and having to pay for coffee was...

"We arrived early so we spent some time in the bar area which was quite pleasant. We ordered lasagna for lunch while waited for our room. The lasagna was AMAZING! The staff were all so friendly and helpful."

"Excellent staff and place to stay for two older Americans who do not know the language. Food was excellent, location is convenient, parking is free and safe. Public transportation is close. Would stay again."

"It was a modern hotel for the area, but there was no air conditioning in the room. It is at least a 20 minute city bus ride from Venice. I also could not see Venice from the hotel like other reviews. Not sure how that would be possible. The staff spoke English and did provide information needed for the area. It was very cleaned compared to other hotels in the area. The beds were clean a bit hard but we slept well."

"Very friendly staff especially the reception staff! The great location!"

"Great breakfast! Close to public transportation. Great amenities minus a pool and jacuzzi."

"Ok"

"The staff were very pleasant. The location is great and the rooms are lovely."

"メストレの街は余り歩きたくなかったので、駅に近いのは助かりました。"

"We were only at the property a few hours but found its location perfectly placed across from the airport. We walked over at 4 am in less than 15 minutes. Check in was fast and we were escorted to room #55 by the host. The room was narrow but long and the bed was comfy. There was one large opening window that overlooked grass and made the room feel very private. We didn’t hear airplanes but we did hear people in the hallway a couple of times (we were directly across from elevator). I would stay...
