"This is the last time we'll stay here unfortunately. We had good experiences before. This time, the fire alarm went out each night, we were told because someone was smoking in their room. The manager didn't know how to turn them off. This severely affected us for the next day. There were some other minor problems, including not checking for and telling us when our baggage arrived late from the airport. We had to hunt around and find them ourselves."

The staff were very friendly and helpful, with special mention to Marco and Georgia on reception who made us feel very welcome and gave lots of useful information. The bar and restaurant staff likewise were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel with free parking was convenient, and the room had all you would expect in a modern hotel."

"Amazing hotel and located on the island of murano. The ferry takes you to main Venice in about 10-15 minutes and they come every 10 minutes so don’t let its location steer you away from this hotel. Loft style rooms were nice as well. I would avoid the breakfast though, it was nothing to rant about. Otherwise an amazing state and they have a free water taxi to the Venice airport."

"Fabulous hotel, great value for such a luxury experience. Being only 15 mins away by boat from central Venice makes it the right choice. After hot days strolling the city, to arrive back at the hotel and take a cool swim in the excellent pool made all the difference. Great roof top restaurant with incredible views of the city and lagoon, superb breakfast on a lovely cool terrace, very nice outside bar serving perfect cocktails, lovely room that needed nothing. Professional concierge and nothing...

"The room we got did not look anything like the pictures on expedia. There was no chesterfield and no coffee table. We booked a room with two single beds and one double bed for three people. We got a trundle bed and not two singles. We tried to use the shuttle from the airport but the number they gave us did not work, the number listed on expedia for the hotel did not work so we were stranded at the airport until we were able to send a text to some one else at the hotel to tell the office to...
