It is right in town and close to many shops , corner shops , restaurants, takeaways and bus/tram station. Within walking distance to the train station. "

"The pictures don't do the place justice, the location is great and its minutes walk into Borrowash for shops and pubs etc and only a few minutes drive into Derby. The place is quiet and very clean and well maintained, secure and welcoming. Theres only three rooms so its not overly busy and the parking is very secure with a phone controlled gate on entry and exit to the property. "This apartment is big and equipped with most of facilities you need. There are co-op and store in gas station nearby. Highly recommend it to those planning a family trip. "

"This apartment was perfectly situated for my needs. Communication on how to get in was lacking but after a quick phone call it was sorted quickly and efficiently. This apartment has everything you need except for a dining table ( the coffee table is miniature so not even a suitable substitute) but I found that I had to wash first what ever I wanted to use in the kitchen. "Rooms were clean tidy and spacious, asked for a cot and was delivered to room within 10/15mins. Breakfast was okay, could have been hotter however it’s a buffet. Bed was comfortable, bathroom/shower was lovely and clean. We had noisy people above us didn’t complain as it’s a hotel with parties/weddings however I would have done had it gone on after 1am "

"Good hotel for a one night stay. A little worn out in hallways and no lift but rooms comfortable and staff lovely. Good breakfast and all a good price. Across the road from the university so ideal for staying for events or other at the uni. Not far from M1 and easy to find"
