"I was impressed overall with this property. I was very disappointed that at every turn there was a prompt for me to provide a tip to the staff, even after checking out when being asked to provide a review. If their staff needs the tip to supplement their income that is on the hotel chain to pay them adequately, not on the guest. A tip for going above and beyond is one thing, but them leaving a manufactured business card in the room asking us to use the QR code to tip the housekeeping staff is...

"Staff were excellent! Friendly and very helpful. Check in and check out were very quick and efficient. The room was clean and nice smelling, bed was comfortable and floor was quiet. I visited the Eclipse lounge for an after dinner snack and cocktail and then again in the morning for a quick bite for breakfast. It was pretty decent. I needed a ride to airport in the morning and it was a seamless transition; from check out to boarding shuttle bus - staff even offered to help with taking my luggage...

"Great staff and all the amenities. The room smelled like cigarettes. Door scanner and lock wouldn’t lock figured it out after spending first night. Staff were very quick to fix it. Lots of parking and pool was well maintained and slide was very fun. With the amount people in the pool would be nice to have a limit or a bigger pool, slid could get very dangerous."

"This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in, even above some of the 5 star hotels I've been a guest at previously. Everything was so clean and nice. The room was gorgeous with rolling black out curtains, which I loved, and lots of windows, the bathroom was big and the bed was super comfy. My room also came with a lot of storage space and a chaise lounge by the window. It was quiet, great amenities that I want to check out next time I visit the area, and the breakfast was actually pretty...
