"I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, nicely organized, and comfortable, which I truly appreciated. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job maintaining the room. Unfortunately, my experience with the reception staff was disappointing. Two receptionists made comments about me in Turkish, apparently assuming that I would not understand them.
