"Was our go to whenever we visited Cleveland in Beachwood. The property use to be very clean. Now our room was not that clean. Sheets were coming off the bed, tables were on their last leg, stains on curtains, hallways didnt smell clean. We will be finding a new hotel to stay."

"The whole place is overdue for updating, by at least 10 years. There's one room that they show for pictures, but that's the only one! Plugs fall out of sockets, shower head goes everywhere, lumpy bed, no fridge/microwave or hair dryer, and the absolute kicker is your key doesn't work more than once per day! I had to go to the office for a new key every night. Maintenance had to do it once as well. If you can avoid this place DO IT!"

"We stay in Solon often and have stayed at all of the surrounding hotels. This hotel has been our favorite so far. Rooms are very clean and the staff are very nice. We didn’t get a chance to swim but our kids loved the breakfast. We will definitely be back."

"We stayed here for the pool but it was closed for maintenance most of the time we were there. The maintenance guy was very nice and made a big effort to fix the problem with the pool. Front desk staff was nonchalant and very unhelpful about the broken coffee maker but the cleaners tried to help us out. We had to go buy our own coffee maker though. Breakfast buffet was awesome, as were the catering staff."

"Friday night there were kids lots of kids running thru the hall making loud noises I’m assuming there was a soccer tournament Saturday, because when I was checking out I seen a bunch of them in soccer ball uniforms @ breakfast. Therefore I checked out one day earlier, and they removed each door do not disturb signs off all the doors on the third floor. I would like to have a one day refund because I checked out one day early."

"All in all good hotel. There was a huge group of a young g boys soccer team that we extremely loud and took over entire pool with little adult supervision. It made it hard for my daughter and I to enjoy the pool but overall good hotel."
