"Hotel has no elevator, but has a dumbwaiter for luggages. We had the best room, yet the table is tiny where the TV sits on & were warned to be careful because the TV is almost too big for it, leaving us no table to use. The door to the bathroom does not stay open & a bit annoying. Have to ask hotel to replenish tea for the 4 nights we stayed. Some of the hotel staff are friendly, but not all. "The room was a good size for the price and was decently clean. Cleaning staff maintained the room and brought water everyday. The staff and owners were very kind, going above and beyond in order to make the trip memorable. They helped book many of my tickets and were even able to offer some discounts on certain tickets! No matter what you need if you ask them they will do all they can to accommodate and help you on your trip"
