"The front desk attendant was wonderful. So helpful, polite, and nice. However, the pool and hot tub were disgusting. There was half-eaten food and trash just hanging out all over the perimeter of the hot tub. The pool and hot tub were the main reason I booked this property, and didn't get to use it due to its condition."

"Clean, spacious rooms. Very, very comfortable beds. Room keys worked smoothly with no issue. Staff was open and friendly. Complimentary breakfast was well balanced with fruit and meat as well as the usual carbs. Facility close to many amenities. We stayed here 3 days, visiting SLC to see the U of U commencement ceremony. The hotel stay was easy and made everything go smoothly. We are happy to recommend the hotel and would stay here again if in SLC.

"Started with a tv that didn’t work, no towels, unclean including a big stain on the bedding. The shower didn’t drain and filled up to my knee which was revolting. I was completely disgusted. Told the staff over and over of our concerns and they could have cared less. They didn’t take a dime off the overpriced room either. Everywhere else was booked or I would have left. Absolutely vile. Will never ever stay in one of these properties again."
